Preparing Your Kids for College

Whether you’re 3 or 30, school is school, you’ve got to be prepared for learning the most effective way. If your children are about to embark on one of the biggest school endeavors of their lives, college, consider the following to help them prepare:
Get them connected: If your child is going off to school they may need an internet connection particularly if they’re not living in campus housing. Consider a mobile solution like clear 4g that they can use both on and off campus.
Get them a tutor: Tutors aren’t just for grade-school aged kids, they can be helpful at college level, too. If your child struggles in one particular area like math go ahead and get them a private tutor for the first semester when they’ll be knee deep in all their required classes.
Let Go: It’s going to be tough but you’ll have to learn (before they leave) to let go of your child’s study habits. They’ll have to learn to police their own grades and make the right choices so wean yourself off before they get in the car.
